The recipe for last Sunday’s Sausage/Egg Muffins that were served at the brunch is attached. Perhaps next time we plan the dish as part of a brunch menu, other cooks will join in the fun! Thank you to everyone who helped with the brunch last week.

February 25- Ecumenical Retreat- The retreat, open to both men and women, will be held at St. Timothy’s Sweeney Hall in Morro Bay from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. “God Dethroned- How our language creates God”, features Lorienne Schwenk as the guest presenter. Participants will look at ways they refer to the Creator in scripture, in culture, and in their own prayer life; and be introduced to new language that can help expand their visions of God. There is a $25.00 registration fee that covers a continental breakfast, lunch and all materials. Please register by February 18: 772-7388.
