“A Pebble in My Shoe”
“A Pebble in My Shoe”,  a new play on the life and times of renowned bishop John Shelby Spong will premiere in Los Angeles on October 9, 2005 at 5:15pm.  Bishop Spong and his wife Christine, will be in attendance to see the opening of this production that deals with his life and the events that have affected the church in America in the latter half of the twentieth century and into the new millennium.
    There will be a reception and a signing of Bishop Spong’s latest book “Sins of the Scriptures” following the performance.
Tickets for the evening of October 9th are $25 for individuals, $15 each for a group of 10 or more.
